  We use Merchant Safe for all of our merchant website security and pci compliance programs.

This could include information, such as your name, address, social security number, assets, income, account balances, payment history, overdraft history, parties to transactions, credit worthiness and credit history.

We are permitted under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to our affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties in certain circumstances.
2. We may disclose, and reserve the right to disclose, nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.
3. If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.
